Support Portal Changes

You may notice the changes to our Support Portal which have been carried out recently. We've found the changes make it a lot easier to navigate and less repetitive. It will continue to be refined and expand to make it the the most valuable resource for any trouble you have with your ScreenScape account.

The changes revolve around two new areas. The first is User Guide, which consolidates what used to be the Documentation and Screen Display Handbook into one place. It's divided based on all the different sections of our application as well as a division for Screen Displays and one for Setup. Setup includes all the information you will need to get your display running that doesn't have to do with our web-based application.

The second new area to the Support Portal is the FAQ. It contains an ever-expanding number of questions and answers. We've divided the FAQ into three pages of questions, one for inquires that relate to the User Guide, one for billing and one for setup.

Obviously, our support section is an ongoing project, so if there are any questions you have that aren't currently addressed in the Support Portal, email us anytime and let us know what we're missing.
