ScreenScape is for anyone looking to boost onsite sales & marketing.
If you are a small business, ScreenScape makes it easy and cost-effective for you to operate a screen display in your venue. Join ScreenScape for only $9.99/month and become a member of a collaborative business network.
If you are a network operator ScreenScape can help you grow your network faster than conventional digital signage systems and offer dramatic cost savings in both managing your content and operating your network.
What is a Venue?
A venue is simply a place where people gather. It might be a bar, a coffee shop, a theater, a store, a recreational facility, a museum, you name it. Anywhere you find a lobby, lounge, waiting room, or hall is a great place to put a screen display - and we refer to all these places, generically, as a "venue".
What is a Screen Display?

A Screen Display is the name of a multi-part media experience that is delivered over the Internet and plays on one or more computer screens mounted in your venue. Screen Displays are configured and controlled remotely by you using your account with our Internet service at http://www.screenscape.net.
Can I try ScreenScape before joining?
Yes. You can
test drive a basic single venue license to see how it works for smaller organizations that operate a single venue. You can browse the
screen display showcase to see how a screen display might look in your venue. Or, if you are thinking about building your own Group you can
inquire with our sales office to be set up with a Group License on a trial basis.
What is the content of a Screen Display?
That is up to you. ScreenScape is an Internet service that provides simple tools to (1) allow you to upload your own digital content (posters, video, news feeds, etc...) or (2) subscribe to shared content posted in the ScreenScape Community by other members of ScreenScape.
Do I have to share my content?
No. Sharing in the ScreenScape Community is entirely optional. You can create content that is viewable only on the screens in your venue. If you choose to share content with other venues to reach a wider audience, you can create a channel to which others in the ScreenScape community can subscribe.
Is ScreenScape going to put advertising on my display?
No. Your displays are yours to configure and control. It's your screen. Do with it what you wish. ScreenScape offers you an opportunity to discover cross-promotional opportunities in the ScreenScape Community....but the choice is entirely yours.
What is a Group?
Groups make it easy to directly distribute your content to many screens. If you need to bring your videos, images or messages to many displays at once, the ScreenScape Group account is designed with you in mind.
Group Managers are provided easy-to-use tools and automation that help manage what, when and how content is brought to the member displays of their group network, be it large or small.
Group content can be efficiently distributed across a wide range of screen displays, including displays owned and operated by other members of ScreenScape.
If you have a basic single venue license you might want to join a Group to participate in their network. The choice to join a group is left to each individual member of ScreenScape.

What is a Display Appliance?
You need a display appliance to power a display on location in your venue. A display appliance is just an Internet-connected computer that plays your published display by navigating to a web address that identifies your ScreenScape account. You provide the hardware, we provide the Internet service to make it easy to deliver dynamic programming for your screen.
Is there anything I have to download?
No. Our solution is entirely network-based. That means to play your display all you need is an Internet-connected computer with an up-to-date web browser, and a display screen. To configure and control your display just login at http://screenscape.net. To view your live display just point your web browser to its web address.
Do I need to have technical skills?
We've taken the difficult part out of distributing content to screen displays. Basic computer skills are needed to keep your screens up and running in your venue.
Can I customize and brand the look of my own screen display?
Yes. You can choose the layout, the style, and the color of your display. You can provide a logo as well. The media display that you create using ScreenScape is entirely your own.
Can I make money with my screen display?
As an operator of a screen display in a venue you can use ScreenScape to help monetize your position as a public gathering place. You have an audience. Think of it as selling screen space. And you don't have to be a large venue to earn considerable revenue in this way.
