Sunset Towers is a three-storey 24-unit apartment building on the outskirts of town. 82 people come and go regularly from Sunset towers, each of them passing by a stately lobby that features a simple, elegant screen display.
Communication
The staff at Sunset Towers is passionate are committed to providing a warm and inviting living experience to their residents. As part of this commitment they use a simple screen display to inform their tenants of notices, news and events.
Professionalism
Guests of Sunset Towers' residents are never lost when they visit. An informative screen display greets them when there is no one on duty. Sunset Towers' logo and colors lend a personal flair to their display and a professional touch to their facility.
Safety and Convenience
Twice last year, Sunset Towers used their screen display to inform their residents of an emergency situation in the neighborhood. The immediacy of this public notice helped to diffuse what might have been a dangerous situation.
Sunset Towers has set up automated web feeds to populate their Screen Display to have local traffic, news, sports, and weather feeds update their residents and their guests.
Revenue
Sunset Towers has subscribed to channels offered by a few local retailers. This allows simple, tasteful messages to be placed amongst the standard content in ST's display. The additional revenue has been used by Sunset Towers to make capital improvements to their facility.
