Weinstein & Associates
Harvey Weinstein chose ScreenScape to power an information display in the lobby of the headquarters of his law practice, Weinstein & Associates (W&A).
The screen served two main functions. For starters, Harvey found that a screen display helped to occupy his guests while they waited. Theirs was a busy law office with plenty of people coming and going through the lobby. Inevitably, guests of W&A were sometimes asked to wait there momentarily while a room was prepared, or while someone was paged.
Inform
Harvey found, secondly, that the screen display had offered many educational and informational opportunities that served both the needs of his clients and his practice. Using a combination of his own original slides and those he found by browsing the ScreenScape community for like-minded parters, Harvey used the display to position his services and underscore their value. He knew it was working because clients would invariably comment on something they learned while watching the display, which always led to a deeper discussion of a topic that Harvey was always glad to pursue.
Franchise synergies
Eventually Weinstein & Associates deployed their own custom screen display to the three other W&A locations and used the system to foster synergies between each of the offices. The service has become an invaluable communication tool that incorporates local news and community-based notices as well as important legal information.
